Mr. Johnson has completed nearly $5 billion of real estate transactions in his career. Acquiring and operating Food Related Industrial Buildings servicing major population centers throughout the United States is HP’s main focus. HP has been capitalized with $400 million of capital by major institutional investors. Since the company’s formation, HP has acquired eleven properties totaling over $300 million of cost. HP’s current portfolio is comprised of seven properties totaling 3.5 million square feet.
